Martyn is co-author, Big Potatoes: the London manifesto for innovation; former Islington by-election independent candidate; property investment broker.

For over two decades, he has written, spoken, and organised debates on issues ranging from the societal impact of AI, design and technology innovation, and digital privacy, to free speech and business management. He is a former Islington by-election independent candidate, and continues to campaign on local democracy.

With a long career as a management consultant advising leading global companies on digital workplace technologies, Martyn now divides his time between London and Dubai, working as a property investment broker.
